摘    要:空气弹簧隔振器在舰船上已经被广泛使用,但是空气弹簧漏气往往造成隔振平台姿态倾斜或者高度下降,严重影响设备的正常工作以及隔振性能.因此,检测漏气情况以及保持平台姿态平稳是空气弹簧隔振系统需要解决的关键技术问题.由于大型设备的空气弹簧隔振平台结构往往非常复杂,很难建立其精确的数学模型,常规的依靠精确模型的控制策略在这里无法奏效.文中分析了空气弹簧漏气对隔振平台姿态的影响,提出了一种漏气快速检测方法,利用模糊控制理论对空气弹簧隔振平台的姿态控制进行了研究和试验.试验结果表明,空气弹簧隔振系统姿态模糊控制技术是完全可行的,效果良好.

Abstract:The air spring is widely applied to the vibration isolation system of marine power machinery.But the capability of vibration isolation and the operation of the equipment will be affected seriously by the attitude changes of the air spring vibration isolation platform caused by the leakage of the air spring.So the leakage monitoring of the air spring and the attitude adjustment of the platform are the key technology problems of the air spring vibration isolation system.Since the structures of the platform are very complicated and cannot be modeled accurately,the application of the routine control law based on the accurate model is limited.The attitude changes of the air spring vibration isolation platform caused by the leakage of the air spring are thoroughly analyzed and a quick check method for identifying the defect air spring is proposed.The fuzzy control method is used to control the platform attitude and an experiment is carried out.The results show that the effect of attitude fuzzy control of the air spring vibration isolation platform is good and the technology is feasible.
