| 摘 要： | 根据我军移动装备管理现状和发展需要,提出了一种利用GPS和GIS技术的新的管理系统。该系统是一种集多目标自动跟踪定位,地图匹配显示与指挥调度等功能为一体的综合管理系统。本系统采用时分制设计思想,将GPS接收机、帧格式转换器、通讯模板和数字电台组成一个整体,构成无线通信网络并与电子地图相结合完成对移动装备的管理。

| Abstract: | According to the present managerial situation and the need of improvement of our army's mobile equipment, this paper puts forward a new managerial system based on GPS and GIS. This system is an integrated system that provides multitarget position, tracking, display on electronic map and command. This system applies the time divided multiplexing method and integrates GPS receiver, translator, communication controller and mobile station to form a radio communication network. It works with electronic map to realize mobile equipment managemnt. |
