装载PCB板的小屏蔽体屏蔽效能仿真研究

摘    要:运用仿真软件FEKO对装载PCB板的小屏蔽体屏蔽效能进行了仿真计算。首先定义基于统计意义的屏蔽效能测试方法,然后对屏蔽体内部装载PCB板后的关键位置进行多点数据采集,并取其均值作为壳体屏蔽特性的量度。结果表明:装载PCB板对壳体屏蔽效能有很大影响,选择合适的装载位置会提高受保护器件的安全性。同时,对小屏蔽体的设计给出了相关的建议。

Abstract:Electromagnetic simulation software FEKO was applied to calculate the shielding effectiveness of a small enclosure which loaded with PCBs.The test method on the basis of statistical meaning was defined;the multi-point data to the key position inside the enclosure after loading PCBs was acquired and its mean value was used as the measurement of enclosure's characteristic.The result shows that the shielding effectiveness of enclosure was greatly influenced by loading PCBs.The appropriate loading positions tha...
