On the Nuclear Problem of North Korea and Its Influence on the Security of the Country's Northeastern Border

The nuclear weapon of North Korea is always a major concern which perplexes the northeast region safety. Since the 1990s, the first Korean nuclear crisis, the nuclear problem of North Korea has not been properly resolved. October 9, 2006 North Korea announced that it had successfully conducted an underground nuclear test. The Korean peninsula once again becomes the focus of the world attention. Based on the previous studies, this text analyzes and studies the causes of the North Korean nuclear issue, and the influence over the Chinese border region＇ s economy and regional stability and the ecological environment.
