| 摘 要： | 边防涉外警务是边防工作的重要内容.在广泛论证的基础上,将原"边防外事"选修课扩充并修订为"边防涉外警务"必修课,现已纳入武警学院新的教学大纲并组织教学.但因该课程产生、发展的时间很短,许多基本问题需要作进一步的分析与探讨.文章对边防涉外警务基本概念进行了界定,对边防涉外警务工作范畴作了梳理.
