基于模糊综合评判的舰艇指挥控制效能评估研究

为定量评估舰艇指挥控制效能,在全面考察水面舰艇单舰指挥控制内容和过程的基础上,确立了较为完备的水面舰艇单舰指挥控制效能评价指标体系,建立了基于模糊综合评估的指挥控制效能评估模型,对水面舰艇的指挥控制效能进行了综合的定量分析和计算。该模型能较客观地反映各种主要因素对舰艇指挥控制效能的影响。本文的工作对如何科学、客观地评估舰艇指挥控制效能具有积极意义。

Study on Command and Control Effectiveness Calculation of Surface Ship Based on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

In order to evaluate the command control effectiveness of surface ship, according to command contents and command process of single surface ship, the paper establishes a complete index system of command control effectiveness evaluation of single surface ship. Method of evaluation is inquired, by using of the fuzzy mathematics, a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of the command control effectiveness of surface ship has been established and a application example has been given .The model can practically reflect the influence of primary factor on the command control effectiveness of surface ship, The work herein may be of value to evaluate the command control effectiveness of surface ship scientifically.
