转子碰摩情况下瞬时转速变化规律的仿真研究

摘    要:考虑到碰摩会造成转子瞬时转速波动的实际情况,对已广泛应用的弹性模型进行了改进,建立了考虑转子瞬时转速波动的转子碰摩仿真模型。利用该模型仿真计算了不同转速下轴心轨迹和瞬时转速波形、频谱,发现在碰摩严重程度不同的情况下,转子瞬时转速有着明显的规律性变化。

Abstract:The current simulation models of rub-impact between rotor and stator were used to calculate rotor vibration commonly,and no signal related to rub-impact except rotor vibration was studied.Considering that rub-impact might influence rotor transient speed,the widely-used flexibility model was improved.The simulation model of rub-impact between rotor and stator was established with regard to rotor transient speed fluctuating. With the model,the locus of journal center and rotor tran-sient speed were calculated under different mean rotate speed,and the rotor transient speed was found to have obvious regularity variance at different degrees of rub-impact.
