摘    要:《思想道德修养与法律基础》课是一门帮助大学生培养良好的思想道德素质和法律素质,进一步提高分辨是非、善恶、美丑和加强自我修养能力的课程。由于该课是一门融政治性、知识性、思想性、实践性于一体的综合性课程,内容涉及广泛,现实性和针对性很强。因此在教学上对教师提出了很高的要求。如何发挥好教师教学的主导性,调动学生主体作用是当前进一步提高该课程教学质量的关键。该文分析了发挥教师教学主导性的重要作用和当前这一课程教学面l临的主要问题,提出了增强教师教学主导性的有效途径。

Abstract:"Ideological and moral cultivation with the legal basis" is a course to help students develop good ideological and moral qualities and their knowledge of the law,and further enhance distinguishing right and wrong,good and evil,between beauty and ugliness and the strengthening of self-cultivation abilities.As an integrated course with a political,intellectual,ideological,and practical focus,it covers a wide range of issues,therefore,it is very demanding for teachers.It is vital that teachers play the leading role to motivate students to further enhance teaching quality.The paper analyzes the major issues confronting teachers and suggests some ways to improve teachers' facilitating roles.
