Strengthen the Facilitating Role of Teachers and Improve Teaching Effectiveness——To strengthen "ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis" teacher- led teaching of the thought

"Ideological and moral cultivation with the legal basis" is a course to help students develop good ideological and moral qualities and their knowledge of the law,and further enhance distinguishing right and wrong,good and evil,between beauty and ugliness and the strengthening of self-cultivation abilities.As an integrated course with a political,intellectual,ideological,and practical focus,it covers a wide range of issues,therefore,it is very demanding for teachers.It is vital that teachers play the leading role to motivate students to further enhance teaching quality.The paper analyzes the major issues confronting teachers and suggests some ways to improve teachers' facilitating roles.
