装修材料消防监督管理工作问题研究

从具有防火性能的装修材料在生产、销售、使用环节和消防监管过程两个方面,分析了消防监管工作存在的各部门难以形成合力、执法难度大、销售者和使用者不懂法等问题,提出了公安机关消防机构带头,各社会单位、协会相协调形成齐抓共管局面的工作建议。

A Research of Fire-fighting Monitoring and Management on the Decorative Materials

Focusing on decorative materials＇ production,sales,the application and the fire-fighting supervision,the paper states several problems existing in the fire-fighting monitoring and management.It is inefficient and difficult in the law enforcement efforts and forming resultant force and the understanding of fire laws between each department.Additionally,this paper also provides a few pieces of suggestion for promoting the fire supervision and management on decorative materials,such as the fire-department should maintain the leadership position in routine fire work,and other relevant departments should cooperate well with fire-department in fire-fighting monitoring and so on.
