| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of national culture and art connotation, we can use Xinjiang tolk fine arts resources creatively, and research and develop course with the characteristics of regional culture. This approach has important realistic meaning and historic significance to colleges and universities in Xinjiang maintaining characteristic education, innovation, and the practice of the spirit of Xinjiang. |
