| Abstract: | This paper describes optoelectronic countermeasures and their development essentials. The urgency to develop shipborne optoelectronic countermeasure systems is demonstrated in view of the battle characteristics of modern naval warfare. The critical technologies for the optoelectronic countermeasure systems development are pointed out. |
