摘    要:为研究大口径机枪的浮动技术,在深入分析的基础上针对某新型大口径机枪,设计方便可行且结构合理的弹簧式浮动机构.通过设置独特的复进打断装置,实现了浮动过程中稳定的前冲击发.建立机枪枪身的虚拟样机模型,通过与试验结果进行对比,验证了其可信性.利用所建立的虚拟样机模型对浮动与不浮动状态下的浮动自动机进行运动分析,并对2种状态下的后坐力进行对比.结果表明,该机枪浮动自动机能实现稳定的浮动,并且减后坐力效果明显.

Floating Technology Study of a New Large Calibre Machine Gun

Abstract:To study the floating technology of a large-caliber machine gun,through analyzing the structure of a new large caliber machine gun,a convenient,practicable and reasonably-structured spring-type floating mechanism was designed.The installation of a unique counter-recoil interrupting device achieves stable advance firing in the floating process.A virtual prototype model of the machine gun was established.Through comparing with test results,the model was proved to be credible.By using the virtual prototype model,the movement of the floating automatic mechanism was studied in both the floating and non-floating states,and the recoil force of the two states was compared.The results indicate that the floating automatic mechanism of the machine gun can achieve steady floating,and significantly reduce the recoil force.
