形成条件对二次短路熔珠金相显微组织的影响

摘    要:实验模拟火场条件,在不同温度下制备了不同线径铜导线在不同电流档下形成的二次短路熔珠,把熔珠在室温下放置不同时间喷水冷却,制成金相试样进行组织观察,寻找火焰温度、线径、短路电流、室温下放置时间、消防射水等条件对二次短路熔珠金相组织的影响。结果显示火焰温度、线径、短路电流、室温下放置时间、消防射水对二次短路熔珠的金相组织都有影响,其中火焰温度和消防射水对二次短路熔珠金相组织影响最大。

Abstract:Simulating fire scenes,secondary short circuited melted bead of copper wire was created.The melted bead was cooled by water after placed in the air for different seconds and the microcosmic of melted bead was observed.The result shows that the microcosmic of the secondary short circuited melted bead was seriously influenced by the temperature,the diameter,the current,the cooling time and the cooling pattern.The microcosmic of the secondary short circuited melted bead is similar to that of the primary short circuited melted bead when cooled by spring water shortly after the beads formed.
