| 摘 要： | 软权力理论是冷战结束后国际政治领域中的一个重要理论。该理论是针对冷战后期国际格局和国际政治领域权力性质和源泉的变化而提出的,冷战结束后随着国际格局的深刻调整和全球一体化趋势加快,软权力理论更加引起人们的普遍关注。在对软权力理论的由来、构成及其它与传统权力的关系、中国软实力建设的现状进行分析的基础上,强调实现中国和平崛起过程中加强软权力建设的重要性。

| Abstract: | Soft power theory is an important theory in international politics after the cold war.This theory was proposed according to the international structure after the cold war and the character and the change of the origin of the power in the field of the international politics.As the great change of the international structure and the speeding tendency of globalization,the soft power theory attracts the attention of more and more people.This article combs and analyses the origin and structure of the soft power theory and its relationship with the traditional power.It also makes analysis of the present situation of the construction of Chinese soft power,emphasizes the importance of strengthening the soft power construction in the peaceful rise of china. |
