| 摘 要： | 讨论了当前人们对数据规划概念的不同理解 ,在分析信息、系统等概念的基础上 ,提出了一个明确的面向整个组织的数据规划概念 ,给出了一种基于这一概念的新的数据规划方法的框架。

| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper discusses the comprehension of the concept of strategic date planning currently. Then, on the base of analysis of the concepts of information, system and organization, the paper provides a new understanding to the strategic data planning. Finally, the framework of a new strategic data planning method is presented based on the comprehension of strategic data planning. |
