摘 要: | 以微光像增强器为实验研究对象,分析了微光像增强器的噪声来源,提出了微光像增强器噪声特性的三维测试分析技术,建立了同时考虑时间域和空间域噪声的微光像增强器噪声测试理论模型,并用三维曲线描绘出空间域和时间域噪声的分布情况。

Noise Measuring Technology of Image Intensifier with Three Dimensions |

Abstract: | This paper makes the image intensifier as an experimental object. By analysing the origin of image intensifier noise, we put forward the testing technology with three dimensions of image intensifier in low light level. Considering both the time field and the frequent field, we construct the testing theoretical model of noise of image intensifier, and draw the distribution of noise both in time field and frequent field with curves of three dimentions. |
