| Abstract: | This paper studies the main activities and their relationships in the design process of maintenance organization, presents achievements and shortcomings of the studies at home and abroad up to now. On the above basis, it mainly discusses six problems in the design process of maintenance organization: task environment, resources configuration, resource distribution,management structure, maintenance groups structure and dynamic decision on resources. |
