| 摘 要： | 消防部队在灭火救援过程中不可避免地与遇险当事人产生矛盾和法律纠纷。通过几起典型案例,分析了消防部队在灭火救援中与遇险当事人产生纠纷的原因,提出了避免法律纠纷的改进措施。
