| 摘 要： | 院校后勤工作集管理、后勤保障于一体，只有坚持以科学发展观为指导，才能实现院校后勤保障工作又好又快地发展。工作中，应注重从统一思想入手，坚持以人为本，求真务实，只有坚持科学管理，协调发展，才能实现工作上水平、教职员工得实惠的目标。
