| 摘 要： | 油料动员能力评估是一个从定性到定量的分析与计算过程。在分析油料动员能力各个要素的基础上,建立了符合逻辑、切合实际的评估指标体系,确立无量纲和有量纲的量化指标及定性指标,采用直接给出法或层次分析法确定指标的权重。通过确立隶属函数和单因素评判矩阵,建立综合评判模型,并对评判结果进行分析,可对油料动员能力进行客观的评价。

| Abstract: | The POL (petrol oil lubricant)mobilization ability evaluation is an analyzing and calculating course from qualitative to quantitative,which includes the analysis of the factors affecting the POL mobilization ability,the setup of a logical and practical evaluation index system,the establishment of quantitative and qualitative index with and without dimension,and the definition of the weighting of the index with the direct presenting method of or the method of analysis according to the arrange- ments.An integrative judge model can be built up through the establishment of the subject function and the single - factor judging matrix so as to analyze the judging results and to objectively evaluate the POL mobilization ability. |
