摘    要:从离子镀技术的基本原理、试验数据入手,探讨了采用多弧离子镀技术镀制大口径炮管的工作原理,并介绍了炮管镀膜设备的基本结构。试验结果表明,镀膜后的炮管,其表面硬度可提高6~9倍、耐磨性提高4倍以上,耐蚀性可达A级,防腐性能比其它方法高9倍以上。从而可有效地提高炮管的使用寿命和贮存可靠性。

Abstract:This artile briefly describes the fundamental principle of ion plating technique, according to the test data, we make an approach to the ion plating of many arc in the cannon pipe of big aperture and in the internal surface of pipe parts, then we make an approach to the fundamental component and working principle of ion plating equipment for cannon pipe. The hardnees of cannon pipe surface is increased seven-ten times, the wearabflity is more than five times that of the common metallic material, the property of acidproof can attain to A grade. The property of anticorrosion is more than nine times that the other way, thus service lifetime and storage serviceability are raised for cannon pipe.
