| 摘 要： | 介绍了PTFE润滑剂的研制过程、配方、制备工艺和应用效果。结果表明以PAO合成油和矿物油的混合油为基础油,以PTFE超细粉为润滑组分,通过加入多种添加剂研制的PTFE润滑剂具有胶体稳定性、分散性、润滑性和防护性。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the research process,formula,preparation technology and application of PTFE lubricant.Results show that the lubricant made from PAO synthetic oil,mineral oil,PTFE micro-powder and other additives has good qualities,such as dispersion, stability, preservative and lubricating capability. |
