| 摘 要： | 当前我军营区纷纷改扩建,但许多部队营区地处高密度市区,难以通过向周边拓展用地来获得新的发展空间。如何实现高密度城市中的营区扩建规划?结合部队营区实际条件提出三种发展模式:整体换建,原地重建和原地改建。并提出了营地利用立体化、营房组织集约化、后勤服务社会化、营房建设树立全寿命化意识等在有限用地上扩展营区空间的措施。

| Abstract: | Recently, many barracks are under reconstruction, but lots of encampment are located within the city precincts. How to enlarge space for running encampment has became a very sensitive issue. This article sets forth three models for development; integral relocation, rebuilding on the original site and extension on the original site. This paper has come up with several measures to expand encampment space on the limited land. |
