| 摘 要： | 通过分析万维网地理信息技术、"北斗"卫星定位技术和网络技术的综合应用,提出了应用Web GIS和"北斗"卫星定位技术的应急器材保障系统的基本思路和方法,探讨了实现应急器材保障系统的技术途径.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the integrated applications of Web GIS, satellite position Technology and network are deeply studied, the basic conceiving of establishing emergency material support system with the application of Web GIS and BeiDou Satellite Technology are put forward, and the technical approaches which can realize e-mergency material support system are discussed in the paper. |
