| 摘 要： | 教学秘书是学校教务部门和院系领导的得力助手，是教学管理队伍中的骨干力量，教学秘书长期从事繁重的事务性工作，但是没有得到应有的重视，使得教学秘书产生强烈的失落感，教学秘书队伍呈现不稳定状态，因此，在一定程度影响了高校的教学管理工作。因此，应从教学秘书工作作用、特点人手，探讨如何建立一支稳定的高校教学秘书队伍。

| Abstract: | Teaching secretaries are the right hands of leaders of each college and the department of education affairs and also the main force in the teaching management.They engaged in a long-term heavy work but weren't regarded highly,which makes them be discouraged and influenced the teaching management.Therefore, the measures should be taken to explore how to build a stable teaching secretaries team. |
