| 摘 要： | 当前,随着消防部队财务工作的不断改革发展,会计人员素质已成为制约消防部队财务管理水平提高的一个＂瓶颈＂。在分析消防部队会计人员素质现状的基础上,从消防部队会计人员知识层次、职业技能、职业道德三个方面提出了提高消防部队会计人员素质的措施。
