| Abstract: | Scientific development outlook is the inheritance and development of the important thinking of our Party Leaders. Summing up our development practice, using the experience of other eountries＇ development as reference and adapting to new requirements of development initiative, the outlook is put forward on the basic national conditions and the fact that China is in the primary stage of socialism. |
