| Abstract: | It is not very effective for the crime of fire control accidents to implement in the more than 10 years of judicial practice.The root lies in both the legislation and the judicial operation.In this paper,the author carries a systematic study about the difficulties and disputes on the crime of fire control accidents in the above two aspects,and then puts forward some improving suggestions. |
