| 摘 要： | 抄袭剽窃、一稿多投、重复发表是学术期刊编辑出版工作中经常遇到的学术不端行为。这种行为败坏了学术风气，影响了刊物质量和信誉。学术期刊及其编辑人员有责任在编辑出版工作中严格把关，及时发现并坚决抵制学术论文发表过程中出现的各种学术不端行为，为学术风气的净化作出应有的贡献。

Such as plagiarism, contributing an article to several journals simutaneously, publicating an article repeatedly. The academic journals and their editors have great responsibility to disclose and resist the academic misconducts in their work. |
