摘    要:为适应信息化战争要求,提出了采用集成开发环境SIMplicity构建一个基于HLA的开放式、可扩展的飞行保障指挥仿真系统的构想.分析了SIMplicity的特点,研究了系统的功能、组成以及保障作业过程,探讨了联邦成员的开发、将基于控制台框架向基于MFC框架的改造以及数据管理和界面显示等在系统开发中所需解决的关键技术.目前,所建立的仿真系统已经投入运行,达到了预期的设计目标.
