摘    要:由于光纤法测量表面粗糙度易受到传感器光源、零件材料、零件加工方法和测量环境的影响,从而降低了测量的精度。针对这些影响因素进行了分析,提出了解决办法,从而提高了测量精度。

Abstract:Surface roughness measurement with fiber optic sensor is easily influenced by the light source of the fiber optic sensor,the material of the parts,the way of producing and measure environment.This paper analyzes these influential factors and then puts forward some ways to eliminate these influential factors.The practice use proves that these ways can improve the precision of the measure result.
