| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国应急救援机制在统一指挥协调、运转协调等方面存在问题的现状，以建立区域灭火救援协作机制为突破口，对区域内军队、政府、企业等各种灭火救援资源进行有效整合，形成“资源共享、优势互补、联动协作”灭火救援新机制的实践，总结了聊城创新灭火救援协作机制的经验做法，并进一步提出如何充实、完善灭火救援协作机制，实现灭火救援行动“统一指挥、反应灵敏、功能齐全、协调有序、运转高效”，提高区域内灭火救援能力。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the practice of fire rescuing system of ＂sharing fire rescuing resources, giving full play to all sides＇ advantages and well cooperation＂ within a region. The paper also explains the approach of ＂unifying command, rapid response, all -around capacities, well coordination and efficient management. |
