磁致伸缩材料及其作动器设计

摘    要:对磁致伸缩材料的伸缩性能进行了测试.用磁致伸缩材料设计主动振动控制作动器,解决了作动器的发热问题,设计了偏磁场和可控的交变磁场及相应的电场.校验证明,所研制的作动器具有频响范围广、作用力大等优点.

Abstract:In this paper, the magnetostrictive ratio is measured, and the magnetostrictive actuator for active vibration control is designed. The heat produced by coil, magnetic and bias magnetic field and electric field is dealed with. It is proved that the actuator has wide frequency response properties and a large force output. It is feasible to use this kind of actuator in active vibration isolation control.
