摘    要:利用保角变换的方法求出了金属表面缺陷裂纹形状为半椭圆的情况下的漏磁场的模型。介绍了保角变换的过程, 边界等效磁荷的求解过程, 铁磁材料以外自由空间的漏磁场的求解过程, 并讨论了漏磁场与缺陷裂纹的大小的关系, 为缺陷定量提供了理论基础。

Abstract:In this paper,a model of magnetic flux leakage of ferromagnetic material surface with semi-elliptical-shaped defect is introduced. And the conformal transformation course is given, then the area density of magnetic charge on the surface of the defect is obtained, the magnetic flux leakage out of the ferromagnetic material can be calculated due to the magnetic charge area density. The amplitude of magnetic flux leakage varies with the crack width and depth. With the equation obtained, the relation between the magnetic flux leakage and the crack dimension is introduced.
