搭建实践技能选修平台 创新实践教学培养环节

公安教育招录体制改革有力促进了各类公安院校深化教育教学改革。实践技能选修制度的构建正是我院公安教育训练工作改革的重要举措,丰富了实践教学形式,拓展了实践教学训练渠道,在解决好共性能力生成的同时更加关注学员的个性化能力培养,有利于提高学员岗位核心能力和学员的个性化能力,是传统应试教育向能力培训转轨过程中的有益探索和尝试。

Building a Platform for Elective Courses of Practical Skills and Innovating the Cultivating Links of Practical Teaching

The enrollment system reform of public security education has greatly promoted the further educational reform among various public security colleges.In our academy,building selective courses system of practical skills is an important move of training reform,which has enriched the forms and developed the training channels of practical teaching.It has an insight into the practical application of both general and special capability of students,and is favorable to improve core competence of students＇ post and individual specialty.It is a beneficial probe in the course of transformation from traditional examination-oriented education to capability training.
