| 摘 要： | 远程图像传输技术在目前军队后勤保障的应用范围越来越广泛,对于军队后勤的可视化建设起着十分重要的作用。采用了一种满足窄带条件下远程图像传输要求的图像编码方法,提出了一个通过GoTa数字集群通信系统进行远程图像传输的方案,并对其稳定性、安全性等指标进行了详细的分析。探索了远程图像传榆技术在军事应用中存在的问题和改进的方法,为构建适合军队后勤保障的远程图像传输系统提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | At present,the technology of tele-video transmission is widely used and plays an important role in the visu- al construction of military logistics.This paper chooses one of video eodecs,which could satisfy the requirements demanded by tele-video transmission in the narrow - band conditions,raises a project of tele - video transmission through GoTa system,and analyzes in detail its stability,security and so on.It explores the problems in its application in military affairs,the ways of im- provement and provides the scientific guide to designing a te]e -video transmission system that suits military logistics. |
