| 摘 要： | 目前，在警卫人才这一领域，还没有一门专门的科学进行研究。因此，应该把警卫人才选拔、评价等未知成果开发出来，开展对警卫人才问题的综合研究。警卫人才学是研究警卫人才发生、发展的全过程及其规律的科学，是社会客观需要和警卫战线建设实际需求的产物，是警卫学科中特有的一门学科。

| Abstract: | So far a professional and scientific study on the training of security staff has not been developed sufficiently. Therefore, it＇s necessary to focus on the underlying problems, such as staff-selecting and security-evaluating and so on. This paper intends to develop a synthetically research on the training of security staff. The training is a unique study on how to train and educate the security staff needed in security work. |
