大学生优柔寡断、适应性、自我调节学习与学业拖延的关系研究

摘    要:研究旨在探索优柔寡断人格、适应性、自我调节学习与大学生学业拖延的关系,揭示学业拖延的影响机制,对大学生学业拖延的干预提供启示。选取1654名大学生开展了问卷调查,结果显示:(1)大学生学业拖延行为在中等偏下水平,学业拖延改变倾向在中等偏上水平,功能性拖延水平在中等水平;(2)优柔寡断与拖延行为呈正相关,情感适应性、自我效能与拖延行为呈负相关;优柔寡断、自我调节策略与拖延行为改变倾向呈负相关,适应性、认知策略与拖延行为改变倾向呈正相关;优柔寡断与功能性学业拖延呈负相关;自我调节学习与功能性学业拖延呈正相关;(3)大学生适应性在优柔寡断影响一般学业拖延行为中起到中介作用;自我调节学习、适应性在优柔寡断影响拖延行为改变倾向中起到中介作用;自我调节学习在优柔寡断影响功能性学业拖延中起到中介作用。

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between indecisiveness,adaptability,self-regulated learning and academic procrastination of college students,to reveal the mechanism of academic procrastination,and to provide enlightenment for the intervention of academic procrastination of college students.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,654 college students.The results show that:(1)The academic procrastination behavior of college students is lower thanmedium level,the change tendency of academic procrastination is higher thanmedium level,and the functional procrastination level is in medium level.(2)Indecisiveness is positively correlated with procrastination;indecisiveness is negatively correlated with procrastination behavior change tendency and functional academic procrastination;emotional adaptability is negatively correlated with procrastination behavior score,and adaptability is positively correlated with procrastination behavior change tendency;self-efficacy is negatively correlated with procrastination,cognitive strategy is positively correlated with procrastination behavior change tendency,self-regulation strategy is negatively correlated with procrastination behavior change tendency,and self-regulated learning are positively correlated with functional academic procrastination.(3)College students'adaptability plays a mediating role in indecisiveness influencing general academic procrastination behavior;self-regulated learning and adaptability play a mediating role in indecisiveness influencing procrastination change tendency;self-regulated learning plays a mediating role in indecisiveness influencing functional academic procrastination.
