模糊综合评判的同类地空导弹火力单元作战能力评估

摘    要:除实弹射击考评外,如何利用非实弹射击演练和平时可获取的信息,对武器系统同类的不同火力单元的作战能力做出科学评估,是现实而又迫切需要解决的问题.基于已建立的同类地空导弹火力单元作战能力的评价体系,运用AHP法和模糊数学建立了火力单元作战能力的三级模糊综合评判模型,给出了基于等级区间非均等划分的百分制和区间中值评定等级行向量下的具体评估算例,为同类地空导弹火力单元作战能力的科学量化评估做了有益探索.

Abstract:In addition to ball firing examination it is practical and urgent to make use of the information,which can be obtained in the non-shooting practice and in normal times,to evaluate scientifically the efficiency of the different firepower units of Ground-to-air Missile which are of the congeneric weapon system.Based on the established evaluation system of congeneric ground-to-air missile firepower unit,By AHP and fuzzy mathematics establish a 3-levels vague comprehensive evaluation model,discuss a cases based on the percentage system which is of grading interval non-equal division and on interval median rating vector.This paper does a useful exploration to the scientific assessment of congeneric ground-to-air missile firepower unit.
