基于STD的运行时系统研究与测试软件可移植性的实现

摘    要:分析了IEEE1641信号与测试定义标准的层次结构,利用UML建模工具对该标准中的基本信号组件和测试信号框架进行了静态和动态建模,在此基础上分析了STD与ATML的关系,研究了基于该标准的运行时系统实现方法,实现了测试软件的可移植性。

Abstract:In this paper the architecture of IEEE1641STD(Signal and Test Definition) is analyzed.The basic signal component(BSC) and test signal framework(TSF) in the IEEE1641STD are statically and dynamically modeled utilizing UML modeling tool.Then the relation between STD and ATML is analyzed based on above results.Finally the implementation method of run time system based on the STD,which supports the portability of test software set,is studied.
