| 摘 要： | 数字信息的逐渐增长以及信息技术在各领域内的广泛应用,使得信息共享成为信息建设的重要组成部分。面对建设过程中存在的大量格式不兼容的数据及数据标准的专有化,文中针对在元数据基础上的信息共享机制进行了研究,通过分析美军网络中心数据策略和美国防部发现元数据标准(DDMS)的内容,提出一个基于元数据的信息共享系统的总体构建方案。
