基于DoDAF的重大灾害救援系统结构模型

摘    要:重大灾害之后的及时救援是减少损失的关键,建立并分析重大灾害救援系统结构模型十分必要。针对重大灾害普遍特点,借鉴美国国防部体系结构框架V2?0( Department of Defense Architecture Framework, DoDAF V2?0)思想,采用基于活动( Activity?Based Methodology, ABM)的建模方法,建立了典型的重大灾害救援系统模型;利用体系结构工具System Architect( SA)绘制多种DoDAF视图。从多个视角下对该系统阐述和分析,为仿真活动以及任务执行打下了基础。

Architecture Models of Major Disaster Rescue System Based on DoDAF
Abstract:Timely rescue after major disaster is the key to reduce damage. Establishing and analyzing the architecture model of major disaster rescue system are very necessary. In allusion to common features of major disasters, referring to department of defense architecture framework ( DoDAF V2?0 ) and activity?based methodology ( ABM ) , typical architecture model of major disaster rescue system is established. By using System Architect tool, different kinds of diagrams of DoDAF are drew to explain and analyze this system, laying a foundation for simulation activity and mission operation.
