基于多级模糊综合评判法的指挥模拟训练效果评估?

针对指挥模拟训练效果评估的方法进行了研究，通过定量分析的方式将多级模糊综合评判法引入到对指挥员训练效果的评价中，在分析指挥员指挥能力构成的基础上建立起了指挥模拟训练效果评估指标体系，并构建了指挥模拟训练效果评估基本模型。最后，通过算例对模型进行了总体验证，取得了与实际结果相一致的结论，能够有效对指挥员指挥模拟训练效果作出科学客观的评价。

Effect Evaluation Based on Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method about Command Simulation Training

This paper is mainly to research the method about effect evaluation of command simulation training, it bring the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the effect evaluation of command simulation training by the quantitative analysis method. it establish the scheme evaluation index of command simulation training effect based on the analysis of com?mand, and build the effect assessment model of command simulation training. Finally, it obtain the conclusion that corre?sponds to the actual case by the validation of numerical example for the model, and offered the commanders a scientific and objective evaluation about command simulation training effect.
