为探讨固支方形钢板结构在空爆冲击波和高速破片联合作用下的动态响应过程及变形破坏模式,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,开展了空爆冲击波和高速破片对固支方板的联合作用数值模拟计算,阐述了固支方板在联合载荷作用下动态响应过程的2个阶段,以及在不同爆距下的变形破坏模式和特点。结果表明,随着爆距增加,在破片密集作用区内,钢板的破坏模式存在从集团冲塞破口到部分穿孔边界撕裂联通,再到无穿孔边界撕裂现象的转换。  相似文献

在全面分析杀爆弹对主战坦克毁伤效应的基础上,针对冲击波和破片对坦克外部件的毁伤,利用计算机仿真方法进行杀爆弹对主战坦克毁伤评估。利用射击线技术构建了杀爆弹对主战坦克毁伤评估模型;基于蒙特卡洛随机模拟试验法,开发了计算程序,进行了以破片杀伤为主的杀爆弹对主战坦克毁伤效应仿真评估,得到了车体命中破片数随炸点坐标变化规律,以及坦克整体毁伤概率随杀爆弹终点速度变化规律。研究结果为主战坦克目标易损性分析与毁伤评估提供了重要参考。  相似文献

为了探究战场威胁下多轴特种车辆轮胎系统的生存概率,对轮胎系统的抗毁伤能力进行量化表征,提出了一种基于等毁线的轮胎系统抗毁伤能力表征方法。针对轮胎毁伤状态下对整车的影响,基于车辆动力学对轮胎系统的力学特性进行量化表征,建立了轮胎系统功能毁伤的计算模型;采用毁伤理论对冲击波超压场进行弹目交会和量化分析,建立了轮胎系统物理毁伤的计算模型;根据爆心与车辆的位置关系,采用面向车辆全面域的计算特征线,建立了轮胎系统等毁线计算模型。以某型五轴特种车辆为例,进行了表征方法验证。研究结果表明:该表征方法可应用于战场威胁下多轴特种车辆轮胎系统的抗毁伤能力表征,为后续机动规避和防护能力提升奠定模型基础。  相似文献

为揭示柱壳屈曲变形的发展机理及屈曲波与弹塑性应力波耦合传播间的关系,运用非线性显示动力学有限元分析方法对承受轴向高速冲击载荷作用下柱壳的弹塑性后屈曲过程进行了研究。分析结果表明:对于柱壳在轴向高速冲击下的弹塑性轴对称动力屈曲,主要屈曲变形发生在柱壳的两端,屈曲变形的产生及发展与应力波在壳中的传播过程密切相关;塑性应力波在整个屈曲过程中起了绝对支配的作用;屈曲波的产生及发展,都与塑性波的传播及反射有关;弹性应力波由于在整个屈曲过程中持续的时间极短,处于次要的地位。  相似文献

分析混凝土结构在1/4模型中应变率对于爆炸相似律的影响,并用数值模拟的方法进行混凝土板的模爆方法研究,得出混凝土板在爆炸作用下复印比例定律近似成立的结论。考察数值模拟中产生计算误差的原因,发现混凝土板模型在采用4cm网格时会出现较大的计算偏差,其原因部分是由于网格尺寸引起的,部分是由于计算采用的混凝土局部损伤失效模型引起的。  相似文献

Global effects caused by the detonation of an IED near a military vehicle induce subsequent severe acceleration effects on the vehicle occupants. Two concepts to minimize these global effects were developed, with the help of a combined method based on a scaled experimental technology and numerical simulations. The first concept consists in the optimization of the vehicle shape to reduce the momentum transfer and thus the occupant loading. Three scaled V-shaped vehicles with different ground clearances were built and compared to a reference vehicle equipped with a flat floor. The second concept, called dynamic impulse compensation (DIC), is based on a momentum compensation technique. The principal possibility of this concept was demonstrated on a scaled vehicle. In addition, the numerical simulations have been performed with generic full size vehicles including dummy models, proving the capability of the DIC technology to reduce the occupant loading.  相似文献

为了研究爆炸冲击波对武器装备的损伤,建立了炸药爆炸冲击靶板的有限元模型,对不同厚度靶板在确定爆炸冲击环境下的损伤进行了仿真试验。不同于传统的宏观破口尺寸损伤表征参数,引入了等效塑性应变来精确描述靶板损伤,并提出了一种基于主成分分析理论对靶板损伤进行评估的方法。结果表明:利用该方法所得到的计算结果与理论分析结果完全一致。这说明基于多元统计分析的靶板损伤评估方法是切实可行的,可以进一步应用于装备爆炸损伤评估与易损性研究中。  相似文献

Ballistic impact induces complex stress states on fiber-based armor systems. During impact fibers undergo multiaxial loading which includes axial tension, axial compression, transverse compression, and transverse shear. Transverse compression induced by the projectile leads to permanent deformation and fibrillation of fibers resulting in degradation of material tensile strength. Previous work (Sockalingam et al. Textile Res. J 2018) has shown a reduction of 20% in the tensile strength of Dyneema® SK76 single fibers subjected to 77% nominal transverse compressive strains. Experimental investigation of quasi-static transverse compression on Dyneema® SK-76 yarns, unconstrained in the lateral direction, indicate an average of 4% reduction in tensile strength of yarns compressed to 77% nominal strains. In this work we use finite element modeling techniques to understand the difference in residual tensile strength between single fibers and yarns observed in laterally unconstrained transverse compression experiments. Finite element study of the transverse compression response of single fibers and yarns indicate that local strains developed in fibers within the yarn are much lower than the local strains developed in single fibers subjected to a given nominal strain and may explain the less reduction in strength observed in yarns.  相似文献

为了提高漏磁检测的灵敏度,利用ANSYS软件建立了漏磁检测励磁装置的三维有限元模型,研究了钢板的厚度、永磁体厚度、磁极面积以及磁化间隙等因素对钢板局部磁化效果的影响,得到了钢板磁化强度随永磁体几何参数改变时的变化规律,提出了永磁磁化方式下励磁装置优化设计的基本方法,对励磁装置各部分参数进行了优化设计.实验证明,优化设计的励磁装置能改善磁化效果,提高检测灵敏度.  相似文献

针对开展驱动桥壳台架加速疲劳试验对删减载荷谱的实际需求,提出了基于有限元虚拟台架试验获得删减载荷谱的试验与分析方法.在有限元仿真分析环境下对某军用特种车辆驱动桥壳进行静强度试验、疲劳寿命预测、应变历程提取以及时间关联损伤分析等工作,得到了用于加速台架试验的删减载荷谱.台架试验表明,使用该方法获得的删减载荷谱能够在准确反映桥壳所受到的损伤同时,大幅缩短台架试验时间,证明了本文所述方法的实用价值.  相似文献

The explosive reaction degree and protection from explosions are concerns in the military field.In this work,the reaction degree of the composition B explosive was investigated experimentally.Multi-layered compound structures were used as barriers to weaken the blast loads.A comprehensive experiment using a high-speed camera and image processing techniques,side witness plates,and bottom witness plates was presented.Using the experimental fragment velocities,fragment piercing patterns,and damage characteristics,the reaction degree of the explosive impeded by different multi-layered com-pound structures could be precisely differentiated.Reaction parameters of the explosive obstructed by compound structures were obtained by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.Unlike the common method in which the explosive reaction degree is only distinguished based on the initial pressure amplitude transmitted into the explosive,a following shock wave reflected from the side steel casing was also considered.Different detonation growth paths in the explosive formed.Therefore,all these shock wave propagation characteristics must be considered to analyze the explosive response impeded by compound structures.  相似文献

为了考核某空降型自行火炮着陆冲击过程的抗冲击振动性能,实装空投试验是检验手段之一,但是实装空投需要耗费巨大的人力和财力,而且试验条件不可控,因此,采用数值模拟分析是一条有效的途径。通过建立整炮的虚拟样机模型获取载荷,建立车体的有限元模型并对车体进行瞬态响应分析,得到车体着陆冲击过程的动应力和动应变,结合勒梅特损伤模型对车体的损伤量进行了计算。这种结合虚拟样机技术和有限元分析的研究方法可为大型空降武器的抗冲击振动试验提供参考。  相似文献

为了研究液体推进剂消耗对某大型卫星结构动特性的影响,采用简化的“弹簧-质量”模型分析了推进剂消耗对结构动特性的影响趋势;基于MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN给出了动力学分析过程中液体推进剂的等效建模和分析方法,包括梁单元法、附加质量法、“RBE3 -质量点”单元法和虚拟质量法等;建立了该卫星结构的有限元模型,进行了结构动力学特性和动响应分析,讨论了液体推进剂消耗对其动特性的影响规律.研究结果表明:随着推进剂的消耗,卫星整体振型的固有频率逐渐增大,而部分局部振型的固有频率保持不变;随着推进剂的消耗,卫星仪器安装板动力学响应峰值逐渐增大,所对应的频率也逐渐增大.  相似文献

运用大型有限元软件LS—DYNA,在相同爆炸冲击波作用下,对洞库口部普通钢板防护门和有泡沫铝夹层的钢板防护门两种防护结构的隔爆性能进行了数值模拟和对比分析,结果表明:有泡沫铝夹层的钢板防护门对爆炸冲击波有着良好的衰减特性。同时表明该新型防护结构对洞库口部抗爆炸冲击波设计有着很高的参考价值。  相似文献

The load-carrying capacities and failure patterns of reinforced concrete components can be significantly changed by membrane effects. However, limited work has been carried out to investigate the blast resistance of Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Lightweight Aggregate Concrete (HFR-LWC) members accompanying membrane action. This paper presents a theoretical approach to quantitatively depicting the membrane behavior and its contribution on the behavior of HFR-LWC beams under close-range blast loadings, and the suitability of the proposed model is validated by a series of field tests. An improved Single-Degree-of-Freedom (SDOF) model was employed to describe the dynamic responses of beam-like members under blast loadings accompanying membrane action, where the mass-load coefficient is determined according to the nonuniformly distributed load induced by close-range explosion, and the membrane action is characterized by an in-plane (longitudinal) force and a resisting moment. The elasto-plastic and recovery responses of HFR-LWC beams under the combined action of blast load and membrane force were analyzed by the promoted model. A specially built end-constrain clamp was developed to provide membrane action for the beam member when they are subjected to blast load simultaneously. It is demonstrated that the analytical displacement-time histories are in good agreement with experimental results before peak deflections and that the improved SDOF model is an acceptable tool for predicting the behavior of HFR-LWC beams under blast loadings accompanying membrane action.  相似文献

Recent researches focused on developing robust blast load mitigation systems due to the threats of terrorist attacks. One of the main embraced strategies is the structural systems that use mitigation techniques. They are developed from a combination of structural elements and described herein as conventional systems. Among the promising techniques is that redirect the waves propagation through hollow tubes. The blast wave propagation through tubes provides an efficient system since it combines many blast wave phenomena, such as reflection, diffraction, and interaction. In this research, a novel blast load mitigation system, employed as a protection fence, is developed using a technique similar to the technique of the bent tube in manipulating the shock-wave. The relative performance of the novel system to the conventional system is evaluated based on mitigation percent criteria. Performances of both systems are calculated through numerical simulation. The proposed novel system proved to satisfy high performance in mitigating the generated blast waves from charges weight up to 500 kg TNT at relatively small standoff distances (5 m and 8 m). It mitigates at least 94% of the blast waves, which means that only 6% of that blast impulse is considered as the applied load on the targeted structure.  相似文献

运用大型商业有限元程序MSC.DYTRAN数值模拟了水下爆炸冲击波载荷作用下自由环肋圆柱壳的非线性动态响应.采用一般耦合算法(generalcoupling)模拟流体与结构的耦合效应,计算中考虑了材料的应变率强化效应,几何非线性的影响,分析了空穴现象的产生和二次加载对结构响应的影响.仿真结果表明,相同工况和厚度下的无限自由平板和自由环肋圆柱壳,后者的空化时间比前者长,而壳体运动的最大速度后者比前者低.  相似文献

The present study deals with the experimental, finite element (FE) and analytical assessment of low ballistic impact response of proposedflexible'green' composite make use of naturally available jute and rubber as the constituents of the composite with stacking sequences namely jute/rubber/jute (JRJ), jute/rubber/rubber/jute (JRRJ) and jute/rubber/jute/rubber/jute (JRJRJ). Ballistic impact tests were carried out by firing a conical projectile using a gas gun apparatus at lower range of ballistic impact regime. The ballistic impact response of the proposed flexible composites are assesses based on energy absorption and damage mechanism. Results revealed that inclusion of natural rubber aids in better energy ab-sorption and mitigating the failure of the proposed composite. Among the three different stacking se-quences of flexible composites considered, JRJRJ provides better ballistic performance compared to its counterparts. The damage study reveals that the main mechanism of failure involved in flexible com-posites is matrix tearing as opposed to matrix cracking in stiff composites indicating that the proposedflexible composites are free from catastrophic failure. Results obtained from experimental, FE and analytical approach pertaining to energy absorption and damage mechanism agree well with each other. The proposed flexible composites due to their exhibited energy absorption capabilities and damage mechanism are best suited as claddings for structural application subjected to impact with an aim of protecting the main structural component from being failed catastrophically.  相似文献
