在流形上研究非线性系统的反馈镇定问题 ,针对线性化系统存在不可控不稳定子空间和不可控中心子空间几种情形 ,提出通过构造中心流形的控制策略 ,使线性化系统变为完全可控系统 .给出的系列定理表明 :①在线性化系统完全可控条件下 ,线性多输入反馈控制足可以使非线性系统镇定于原点 ;若原点为双曲的 ,则单输入线性控制是足够的 ;②线性化系统部份可控时 ,若不可控子空间是不稳定子空间 ,则存在中心流形控制器 ,使系统在原点邻域的平衡点上变为完全可控系统 ;若不可控子空间是中心子空间 ,则既可以通过中心流形将系统反馈镇定于原点 ,又可以重新构造中心流形使系统在原点的邻域内变为完全可控系统 ;③将存在不可控单零特征根的系统镇定于原点 ,构成了控制器的设计算法 .

The stochastic U‐line balancing problem

A U‐line arranges tasks around a U‐shaped production line and organizes them into stations that can cross from one side of the line to the other. In addition to improving visibility and communication between operators on the line, which facilitates problem‐solving and quality improvement, U‐lines can reduce the total number of operators required on the line and make rebalancing the line easier compared to the traditional, straight production line. This paper studies the (type 1) U‐line balancing problem when task completion times are stochastic. Stochastic completion times occur when differences between operators cause completion times to vary somewhat and when machine processing times vary. A recursive algorithm is presented for finding the optimal solution when completion times have any distribution function. An equivalent shortest path network is also presented. An improvement for the special case of normally distributed task completion times is given. A computational study to determine the characteristics of instances that can be solved by the algorithms shows that they are able to solve instances of practical size (like the 114 Japanese and U.S. U‐lines studied in a literature review paper). © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于应急运行的核动力装置一回路小破口失水事故

针对船用核动力装置运行的特殊性,指出基于应急运行的事故研究对有效地维持机动性有重要意义.选用不可隔离的小破口失水事故进行分析计算,重点研究破口大小和不同处置对反应堆运行时间的影响.结果表明,若破口尺寸在某一范围内时,可以保证反应堆在一定时间内实现应急运行,并且在一定条件下通过降功率可以延长运行时间.     

试验面选取对碳钢点蚀电位测量的影响

采用金相分析技术和准稳态极化试验研究了试样试验面选取对碳钢点蚀电位测量的影响.结果表明,当不同试验面的夹杂物形态有很大差异时,测得的点蚀电位有较明显的差异.     

Improving series and parallel systems through mixtures of duplicated dependent components

We discuss suitable conditions such that the lifetime of a series or of a parallel system formed by two components having nonindependent lifetimes may be stochastically improved by replacing the lifetimes of each of the components by an independent mixture of the individual components' lifetimes. We also characterize the classes of bivariate distributions where this phenomenon arises through a new weak dependence notion. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2011     

Cultural Conflict within Civil-Military Cooperation: A Case Study in Bosnia

In peace-support operations, employees of international humanitarian organisations often clash with those of the military. A lack of familiarity with each other's practices and values, embedded in their respective organisational cultures, is often seen as the culprit. This article presents and illustrates a road map to manage such cultural differences between cooperating organisations. We found that the military culture, in our Bosnian case study, was seen to operate as a hierarchical culture (characterised by formalisation, stability, predictability and efficiency). The culture of international humanitarian organisations, on the other hand, was depicted as clan-type (characterised by teamwork, participation and consensus). To facilitate the creation of cultural awareness as well as respect for, and reconciliation of, cultural differences we recommend several concrete actions that could improve civil-military cooperation.
