基于可组合服务的陆军作战仿真模型集成

陆军仿真模型体系的复杂性决定了其建模与集成的复杂度,本文基于模型组件化技术,设计了模型组件库、对象库,通过逻辑组合实现了基本库和作战单元库,并以可组合的模型服务实现不同分辨率、异构模型的聚合集成目标,使得陆军作战仿真模型具备模块化、可复用、可扩展和可控制的应用特点和战技术性能。     

潜射无人机及其对潜艇作战带来的变化

从水下航母的历史出发,简述了现代战争对潜射无人机的需求,分析了潜艇(尤其是核潜艇)装备潜射无人机的优势和给作战带来的变化,说明了它对发展水下航母的重要性。之后,以美国潜射无人机研发为例,总结了其研究进展,探讨了它目前面临或需要解决的问题,表明了其发展方向。     

基于营区精、气、神文化表达的自然仿生设计

精、气、神文化是营区规划设计的核心.自然仿生设计为营区精、气、神文化的表达提供了独特而有效的方式.通过对营区精、气、神文化的解读,发掘出自然仿生的3个层面,即“形”之仿生,“意”之仿生和“结构”之仿生.在营区规划设计中,当自然仿生的这3个层面得到有效表达,实现有机统一,营区就会产生独特的文化气质与魅力,从而体现其精、气、神特色,展现部队的“军营魂”.     

Experiment and simulation of launching process of a small-diameter steel cartridge case

In order to explore the rules of the deformation force during the launching of a small-diameter steel cartridge, the semi-closed bomb test method is used to test the greatest strains on chamber outer wall under the different chamber pressures. The pressure curves of cartridge chamber are measured in experiment, and the tensile test data of cartridge are loaded into the numerical calculation to compare with the experimental data. The conclusion was obtained that the calculated results match better with the experimental results by considering strain rate bilinear kinematic hardening material constitutive model. The forces on the various parts of the cartridge during launching and their deformation rules are achieved, in which the equivalent plastic strain decreases and the cylinder ring withstands the maximum equivalent stress when the cartridge case clings to the bore from the mouth to the bottom.     

On the continued acceleration of bomb casing fragments following casing fracture

It has been said that, once a bomb casing has fractured, “detonation gases will then stream around the fragments or bypass them, and the acceleration process stops there.” However, while apparently copious gas flow through casing fractures indicates some pressure release, it is also an indication of significant gas drive pressure, post casing fracture. This paper shows two approaches to the problem of calculating the actual loss of drive. One presents first-order analytical calculations, in cylindrical geometry, of pressure loss to the inside surface of a fractured casing. The second shows the modelling of a selected example in the CTH code. Both approaches reveal that gas escape, while occurring at its own sound-speed relative to the adjacent casing fragments, has to compete with rapid radial expansion of the casing. Together with some historic experiments now publicly available, our calculations indicate that post-fracture casing fragment acceleration is, for most systems, unlikely to be reduced significantly.     

雷达虚拟维修训练中交互系统的通用性

基于USB接口技术对"通用雷达装备虚拟维修训练系统(URVMTS)"的人机交互系统进行研究,通过合理的软、硬件设计实现了系统的通用性。不同的实装操作部件经过适当的信号调理均可以通过该系统方便地实现与雷达虚拟样机之间的交互。着重介绍了交互系统的通用性设计与实现方法,包括系统的通用性设计方案,USB硬件电路的通用性设计及相应的软件开发。     

Theoretical and numerical investigations on the headspace of cartridge cases considering axial deformation and movement

The cartridge case headspace is the axial clearance between the cartridge and bolt of an automatic weapon, and influences the reliability and security of the weapon. Accordingly, theoretical and numerical studies were conducted to analyze the dynamic response of cartridge cases during internal impact considering the initial radial clearances between the cartridge case and chamber. A theoretical model was proposed to predict the cartridge case headspace considering both the deformation and movement of the cartridge case and confirmed by the results of nonlinear finite element simulations. The differences between the results of the conventional static model and the dynamic model were then comprehensively evaluated. The effects of the angle between the cartridge and chamber, the cartridge case material, and the internal impact pressure on the predicted headspace value were also analyzed. The dynamic response of the cartridge case predicted by the dynamic model was more accurate than that predicted by the conventional static model. The internal impact pressure, pressure change rate, and cartridge material were all found to affect the predicted headspace.     

A Question of ‘Government’ Control: Afghanistan DDR Programs Since 2001

Since the fall of the Taliban in late 2001, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA), the United States, the United Nations, and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) have funded and led three different Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) programs. Despite a significant investment in time and treasure, all of them have failed to significantly reduce the number of insurgents or arbaki (militia). This article explores why these programs failed despite incorporating ideas from the prominent DDR schools of thought. Utilizing Stathis Kalyvas’ theory of The Logic of Violence in Civil War as a lens, this article argues that GIRoA and ISAF did not have sufficient control of territory to entice insurgents or arbaki to reconcile and/or reintegrate with the government. Further, in areas GIRoA nominally controlled in northern and western Afghanistan, regional powerbrokers who controlled these areas balked at these programs.     

无人直升机辨识的一种新方法

针对无人直升机的辨识建模问题,提出了把频率响应辨识法和遗传算法相结合的一种新的辨识方法.该方法充分结合了频率响应辨识法抗噪声能力强、对输入信号通用性强、以及遗传算法的全局寻优特性的优点,极大地提高了辨识的准确性.与最小二乘法、Levy方法的对比仿真结果表明,这种方法辨识精度更高,具有重要的工程使用价值.     

消防部队处置生物突发事件辅助决策系统构建

阐述了生物突发事件的重大危害性和建立生物突发事件辅助决策系统的主要目的和意义。从生物突发事件应急救援工作的实际需求出发,对辅助决策系统软件的设计进行了研究,应用Access数据库和VB6．0,编制出消防部队处置生物突发事件辅助决策系统,并对该软件的相关功能进行了必要的说明。
