Optimization of schedule stability and efficiency under processing time variability and random machine breakdowns in a job shop environment

The ability to cope with uncertainty in dynamic scheduling environments is becoming an increasingly important issue. In such environments, any disruption in the production schedule will translate into a disturbance of the plans for several external activities as well. Hence, from a practical point of view, deviations between the planned and realized schedules are to be avoided as much as possible. The term stability refers to this concern. We propose a proactive approach to generate efficient and stable schedules for a job shop subject to processing time variability and random machine breakdowns. In our approach, efficiency is measured by the makespan, and the stability measure is the sum of the variances of the realized completion times. Because the calculation of the original measure is mathematically intractable, we develop a surrogate stability measure. The version of the problem with the surrogate stability measure is proven to be NP‐hard, even without machine breakdowns; a branch‐and‐bound algorithm is developed for this problem variant. A tabu search algorithm is proposed to handle larger instances of the problem with machine breakdowns. The results of extensive computational experiments indicate that the proposed algorithms are quite promising in performance. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2011     

一个新混沌系统的混沌控制与同步

针对一个新的三维自治混沌系统,研究了该系统的控制与同步现象。根据李雅普诺夫稳定性理论,运用自适应控制方法对该系统进行了混沌控制,设计了实现其同步的一个非线性控制器,运用Matlab数值仿真验证了设计的有效性。     

PID在柴油发电机组输出稳定性控制中的应用研究

针对目前移动式柴油发电机组机械式调速器响应速度慢、精度差以及负载变化较大时发电机组输出电压和频率波动较大的问题，研究了PID在柴油发电机组稳定性控制中的应用，进行了电子调速器电路的研究与设计。对75kW柴油发电机组进行了空载、半载及满载实验，实验结果验证了设计电路和控制方法的正确性。该电子调速器采用PID方法对发动机转速进行控制，达到了改善柴油发电机组输出稳定性的目的，并且具有响应速度快和准确度高的特点。     

在轨加注过程中组合体航天器动力学建模与分析

针对在轨加注过程中质量分布随时间变化的组合体航天器,研究动力学建模问题并对其动态特性进行分析。将航天器系统分为刚性组合体平台和贮箱内燃料两部分,贮箱内的燃料视为质量、外形和位置连续变化的质量块,将航天器系统抽象为一组有固定边界的变质量质点系;在推导出变质量质点系一般力学方程的基础上,通过对航天器结构进行一定限制消除方程中的反冲力和失调力矩,以组合体平台主轴作为参考坐标系,建立在轨加注过程中组合体动力学模型;该模型除了参数时变的特点外,与普通刚体动力学相比还含有阻尼项;基于李雅普诺夫稳定判据,对该时变动力学系统的动态特性进行分析。仿真计算展现了不同结构参数对姿态运动轨迹的影响,也证明了理论分析的正确性。     

仿射不变轮廓矩及其稳定性分析

针对区域矩需要计算全图像素的统计分布、计算量大的问题,构造了基于目标形状的仿射不变轮廓矩。首先采用PDE方法推导得到了6个仿射不变矩的数学模型,然后将积分区间变为目标区域的边界,计算得到基于目标形状的仿射不变轮廓矩,最后通过三类舰船不同姿态下的图像进行了实验验证并对其稳定性进行了分析。研究结果表明:仿射不变轮廓矩具有较好的稳健性及区分度,可将其作为不变特征用于舰船目标识别。

研究一类具有时滞和阶段结构的SI传染病模型。讨论了系统平衡点的存在性和局部稳定性，并讨论了无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的全局稳定性。最后对所得理论结果进行了数值模拟。     

A Good Ally - Norway and International Statebuilding in Afghanistan, 2001-2014

The article examines the findings of the Commission of Inquiry established by the Norwegian government in 2014 to evaluate all aspects of Norway’s civilian and military contribution to the international operation in Afghanistan from 2001 to 2014. Concerned with the wider implications of the Commission’s findings, it focuses on two issues in particular: (1) Norway’s relations with the US, a close and long-standing strategic ally whose resources, capabilities and dominance of decision-making dwarfed that of all other coalition partners in Afghanistan; and (2) Norway’s record in the province of Faryab, where, from 2005 to 2012, a Norwegian-led Provincial Reconstruction Team was charged with bringing security, good governance and development to the province. How Norway prioritised and managed relations with the US highlights and helps to problematise the challenges – political, practical and moral – facing small and medium-sized powers operating in a coalition alongside the US. Norwegian efforts in Faryab are revealing of the dilemmas and contradictions that plagued and, ultimately, fatally undermined the international intervention as a whole. As such, Norway’s experience provides a microcosm through which the inherent limitations of the attempt to transfer the structures of modern statehood and Western democracy to Afghanistan can be better understood.     

基于单GPS观测的SINS姿态校正方法

针对车(船)载惯性和GPS组合导航系统(INS/GPS),研究单天线GPS对INS的姿态校正方法。提出一种基于单天线GPS进行捷联惯导(SINS)机动中对准和姿态校正方法,该方法以GPS两个不同时刻的不共线速度向量为参考向量,利用TRIAD算法进行姿态确定,并设计了Kalman滤波器估计姿态四元数。仿真试验表明该方案能较好地校正惯导系统的初始对准误差,并通过实时校正保持长期的姿态精度。
