针对当前后勤物资消耗测算方法过于简单粗略的问题,以构建有效的后勤物资消耗测算系统为目的,对系统的设计进行了需求分析。介绍了后勤物资消耗测算的基本流程以及关键理论,研究了后勤物资消耗测算系统的用户特点以及应用流程,着重对系统的功能需求进行了分析,确定了系统各主要功能的相关内容,并按照功能需求确定了系统的组成结构和接口关系,为系统的设计和实现奠定了基础。     

圆周SAR与线性SAR成像特性分析与对比

圆周合成孔径雷达因其独特优势已经成为雷达领域的研究热点。分析圆周合成孔径雷达与线性合成孔径雷达在成像区域大小、点散布函数特性、回波频谱特点、三维成像能力等方面的差异,凸显了圆周合成孔径雷达的成像特点。发现单航过圆周合成孔径雷达频域成像处理的难点在于其回波频谱的空变性。为提高频域成像处理的效率,分析了平面圆周合成孔径雷达与多航过圆周合成孔径雷达成像模式,并指出这两种模式易于在频域开展一致化处理。仿真试验证明了分析内容的正确性。     

服务职能视域下的公安边防部队思想政治教育

服务职能是思想政治教育的一项基本职能。公安边防部队思想政治教育要服务于社会、服务于边防部队和官兵个人,以增强思想政治教育的完整性和实效性,提高边防部队的凝聚力和战斗力。在对目前公安边防部队思想政治教育服务职能的现状及原因进行分析的基础上,从坚持以人为本教育理念、紧贴现实更新教育内容、充分利用教育资源和现代手段、完善考评监督保障机制四个方面,提出了加强服务职能的对策。

Approximation algorithms for capacitated stochastic inventory systems with setup costs

We develop the first approximation algorithm with worst‐case performance guarantee for capacitated stochastic periodic‐review inventory systems with setup costs. The structure of the optimal control policy for such systems is extremely complicated, and indeed, only some partial characterization is available. Thus, finding provably near‐optimal control policies has been an open challenge. In this article, we construct computationally efficient approximate optimal policies for these systems whose demands can be nonstationary and/or correlated over time, and show that these policies have a worst‐case performance guarantee of 4. We demonstrate through extensive numerical studies that the policies empirically perform well, and they are significantly better than the theoretical worst‐case guarantees. We also extend the analyses and results to the case with batch ordering constraints, where the order size has to be an integer multiple of a base load. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Some comparisons of residual life of coherent systems with exchangeable components

Most of the research, on the study of the reliability properties of technical systems, assume that the components of the system operate independently. However, in real life situation, it is more reasonable to assume that there is dependency among the components of the system. In this article, we give sufficient conditions based on the signature and the joint distribution of component lifetimes to obtain stochastic ordering results for coherent and mixed systems with exchangeable components. Power series expansions for the distribution and mean value function of a geometric process with Weibull interarrival times

The geometric process is considered when the distribution of the first interarrival time is assumed to be Weibull. Its one‐dimensional probability distribution is derived as a power series expansion of the convolution of the Weibull distributions. 本文通过把一类分段线性费用网络流问题化成线性费用网络流问题,给出了求解这类分段线性费用网络流问题的算法。     

太阳电池阵组合基板模态参数分析的半解析模型

基于分布参数系统传递函数方法的基本理论,针对空间结构太阳电池阵的特殊结构形式,通过将太阳电池阵基板划分为条形单元,将基板间连接铰链副简化为均匀梁单元,并利用条形单元与梁单元公共结点间位移连续与力平衡条件,建立了空间结构太阳电池阵动力学特性分析的半解析计算模型。得到了太阳电池阵单块基板和多块组合基板的模态参数计算值,并将其计算结果与有限元结果进行了比较。     

Limiting survival functions of self‐similar structures

We show the existence of a unique analytic single parameter limiting survival function arising from the repeated composition of a coherent structure as the number of components tends to infinity.
