What is the global landpower network and what value might it provide?

US national security guidance, as well as the US Army’s operational experiences since 2001, emphasizes the importance of working closely with partner countries to achieve US strategic objectives. The US Army has introduced the global landpower network (GLN) concept as a means to integrate, sustain and advance the Army’s considerable ongoing efforts to meet US national security guidance. This study develops the GLN concept further, and addresses three questions. What benefits can the GLN provide the Army? What are the essential components of the GLN? What options exist for implementing the GLN concept? By developing the GLN concept, the Army has the opportunity to transition the GLN from an often ad hoc and reactive set of relationships to one that the Army more self-consciously prioritizes and leverages as a resource to meet US strategic objectives.     

一种空气加热器的三维流场数值仿真

为进行超燃冲压发动机试验,设计了空气加热器,对其内部流场进行了仿真并与热试车结果进行了比较验证;计算结果表明,所设计的加热器在结构方案和总体性能方面基本满足设计要求,喷注器喷入的空气降低了冷却面板的温度,燃烧室轴向入口空气能有效保护燃烧室内壁,仿真结果对于加热器的改进设计也起到一定的指导作用.     

Managing components for assemble‐to‐order products with lead‐time‐dependent pricing: The full‐shipment model

We study a component inventory planning problem in an assemble‐to‐order environment faced by many contract manufacturers in which both quick delivery and efficient management of component inventory are crucial for the manufacturers to achieve profitability in a highly competitive market. Extending a recent study in a similar problem setting by the same authors, we analyze an optimization model for determining the optimal component stocking decision for a contract manufacturer facing an uncertain future demand, where product price depends on the delivery times. In contrast to our earlier work, this paper considers the situation where the contract manufacturer needs to deliver the full order quantity in one single shipment. This delivery requirement is appropriate for many industries, such as the garment and toy industries, where the economies of scale in transportation is essential. We develop efficient solution procedures for solving this optimization problem. We use our model results to illustrate how the different model parameters affect the optimal solution. We also compare the results under this full‐shipment model with those from our earlier work that allows for multiple partial shipments. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 防空武器系统总体效能的灰色层次评价模型

以某型防空导弹为例,首先建立防空武器系统总体效能评价指标,并采用效用函数法进行指标量化。在此基础上,采用AHP法和Dephi法确定权重系数,采用灰色方法计算综合评估值,从而建立一种综合灰色系统理论、AHP法和ADC法三者优点的灰色层次评价模型。最后对该型防空导弹进行仿真分析。结果证明,灰色层次评价法较AHP法和ADC法具有更大的合理性。

介绍了美国导弹防御系统的发展历程以及装备的研制、改进情况,指出了在现代战争中发展美国导弹防御系统的优势和重要性,重点探讨了国家导弹防御系统NMD、美国战区导弹防御系统TMD、海军全战区弹道导弹防御系统NTW、海军区域导弹防御系统NAD的性能及其特点,最后论述了美国导弹防御系统的发展动向分析,美国导弹防御系统的未来的防御手段,主要是新型的定向能武器和动能武器。
