The sixteenth-century antecedents of special operations ‘small war’

The first conceptual, theoretical treatises about small war (la petite guerre) as special operations appeared only from the middle of the seventeenth century. The term is not used in the eighteenth-century sense of ‘special operations’ in older sources. The supposed absence of any treatment of the subject is surprising considering the obsession with the ‘art of war’ in the Renaissance, but other authors attribute it to a supposed antinomy between chivalric ideals and irregular warfare. But the absence of explicit manuals on the subject is not evidence of absence of advanced reflection on this kind of operations in the Middle Ages and in Early Modern times. We should thus look elsewhere, in other genres, for writings that contain and pass on military knowledge. Epics, romances, educational and military treatises, and memoirs in fact contain elements of a theory of special operations, even though these genres differ from our conception of rationality inherited from the Enlightenment.

分析了传统的灭火作战方案优选方法存在的弊端,提出了基于模糊集理论的计算理想点距离的优选法,明确了语言变量与模糊集理论的相关定义,规定了模糊评价语言与三角模糊数的换算方法,阐述了理想点距离的计算方法,建立了灭火作战方案优选模型,验证了该方法在灭火作战方案优选方面的科学性、有效性以及合理性.     

理想格上高效公钥加密方案

目前现存的R—LWE公钥加密方案,普遍存在公钥尺寸大、密文扩展率高的缺陷。给出一种高效的理想格上公钥加密方案,在多用户环境中,借助一个基于广义背包难题的可抵抗碰撞的哈希函数构造用户的公私钥对,缩短了公钥长度;通过增加整个密文中携带消息密文的份额,有效降低了加密每比特明文的平均开销。在安全性方面,由公钥恢复私钥的困难性可以归约到理想格中SVP问题,对密文的攻击相当于求解判定性R—LWE问题。因此,方案能够达到CPA安全性。     

兵团高校大学生理想信念教育现状探究

通过对石河子大学、塔里木大学700名大学生的问卷调查显示,当前兵团高校大学生理想信念的主流是积极健康的,但仍存在许多令人担忧的问题;教育上,在不断加强中仍有很多需要改进的薄弱环节。为此,要加强兵团高校大学生理想信念教育,就需要做到加强理论教育、选择有效方法、提高教育队伍素质、明确教育目标,突出兵团特色,使教育具有针对性和时效性。     

Inducing coordination in supply chains through linear reward schemes

Decentralized decision‐making in supply chain management is quite common, and often inevitable, due to the magnitude of the chain, its geographical dispersion, and the number of agents that play a role in it. But, decentralized decision‐making is known to result in inefficient Nash equilibrium outcomes, and optimal outcomes that maximize the sum of the utilities of all agents need not be Nash equilibria. In this paper we demonstrate through several examples of supply chain models how linear reward/penalty schemes can be implemented so that a given optimal solution becomes a Nash equilibrium. The examples represent both vertical and horizontal coordination issues. The techniques we employ build on a general framework for the use of linear reward/penalty schemes to induce stability in given optimal solutions and should be useful to other multi‐agent operations management settings. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 建立战损舰艇拖带方案的优化决策模型

对战损舰艇拖带方案的优化决策作了一些探讨,包括优化决策理论的选择,影响舰艇拖带安全的相关指标及指标权重的计算方法,并根据多目标决策理论建立了衡量拖带方案优劣的综合指标,从而建立了战损舰艇拖带的方案的优化决策模型,并进行了实例验证,证明了该模型可行性较好,并已编程实现。该决策模型能根据实际情况选定更多的供决策的相关指标,进行扩展,对实施战损舰艇拖带方案的优化选择有一定的参考价值。     

基于逼近理想解排序法的导弹保障性评价研究

保障性评价是实现导弹综合保障目标的重要手段。根据保障性评价指标模型建立了决策判断矩阵,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,利用逼近理想解排序法对导弹保障性评价进行了定量分析。通过实例分析,这种方法计算简便,可操作性强,有实际应用价值。     

BLT方程在任意布局传输线串扰分析中的应用

应用BLT方程对任意布局传输线间的串扰进行分析.将传输线离散,并引入理想节点的概念计算离散时引入节点的散射参数,将传输线等效为多导体传输线网络进行求解.主要针对非平行线及交叉线两种具有代表性的传输线布局进行分析,数值算例表明了方法的有效性,能够对电磁兼容中的串扰分析提供理论指导.
